As the Open Arms Link Human Resources Manager, Kimberly is the go-to person for anything employee-related. Kimberly is forward thinking and enthusiastic about achieving high goals in the work force and in her personal life. She has a great passion for psychology, theology and advocacy for mental health and learning disabilities. She is an experienced business owner with a good sense of company development, demonstrating a strong work ethic and focus on continuous growth. As a mother of two, her parenting skills translate into worthwhile job skills that cultivate a variety of tasks and responsibilities. Kimberly believes that people are our most important asset, therefore she has a strong desire to ensure that we have a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realize our established mission and objectives. Her goal in 2023-2024 is to help our employees grow in their compassion and confidence as Patient Care Technicians, becoming a great resource to those we serve in this community.
